The company was established in 1996 as part of the Saudi Paper Group. The tri-company Group is consisted from three major industrial companies, Saudi Paper Manufacturing Company, Saudi Converting Company, and Saudi Recycling Company completing a full cycle for paper tissue manufacturing starting from paper waste collected by Saudi Recycling Co. An idea raised to contribute for better environmental health conservation, and support to the national economy by utilization waste paper as an additional income to the government rather than cost to getting rid of waste.

The company provides variety of waste paper material to fulfill the paper waste material that are required to the national paper industries minimizing importing raw paper pulp from major industrial nations for local paper manufacturing industry. Today the Saudi Recycling Company is the largest by far in the region processing an average of 100,000 tons of paper waste annually with a growth rate of 15% a year for the last 5 years supported by local governmental and private contracts.

Our strength allies from the back bone of the group the paper mill factory, and the support of our national and foreign expertise, to operate and manage more than 1,000 men of manpower and the largest fleet of vehicles in the Middle East for the same type of operations. Our branches distributed in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Medina, Quassim, Abha, Khamis Mushit and shortly a new branches will be established in the northern region in addition to branches in the GCC starting with UAE & Kuwait.
